Here’s the video of my talk, “Effective Interaction Designers Change Organisations”, which is about the revolutionary changes facing organisations right now. User experience professionals need to help organisations change how they operate, if we have any hope of sustainably delivering appropriate user experiences. I talk about service design, cross-channel user experience, content strategy, web governance, and the lean startup movement.
